Fintokei Overview
Fintokei is a premier European prop firm backed by the established Purple Group.
With more than $15 million paid out to its traders and a 99.9% withdrawal success rate, it has distinguished itself in the proprietary trading space through its institutional stability and reliability.
Fintokei also stands out when it comes to trader development, as the ecosystem the company has built feels much more refined than what is usually seen in the industry.
The firm actively promotes its educational content, loyalty program, and trading support tools, which gives the brand a more mature feel than prop firms that seem interested only in challenge sales.
Pricing & Plans
Fintokei’s pricing structure is broad enough to suit different experience levels and budgets.
The first available option here is called StartTrader, and as the name suggests, it represents the beginner-friendly entry point to prop trading.
This is a rarely-seen 3-phase evaluation program, offering a more structured and gradual path toward funding. The starting price sits at $44 for a $5,000 account.
This is the most conservative evaluation path, with profit targets rising from 2% in the first phase to 6% in the third phase, with a 3% daily loss limit and a 6% maximum loss limit. There is a 3-day minimum trading requirement featured as well.
The leverage here is 1:25 on Forex pairs, gold and silver, 1:20 on Indices and 1:10 on the rest of available instruments.
For more experienced traders, ProTrader remains the flagship traditional evaluation model. It follows a 2-step structure, starts at $99, and is built for traders who want a more conventional prop challenge format.
Daily loss limit is set at 5%, while maximum loss is at 10%, while the profit targets are 8% in phase one, and 6% in phase two.
The leverage is much higher as well, as Fintokei offers 1:100 leverage on FX, Gold and Silver, while also raising it to 1:50 on Indices and 1:20 on the rest of instruments.
Fintokei also offers a swing trading version of their ProTrader plan, called ProTrader Swing.
It features the same rules, but allows for news trading, and importantly calculates the daily loss limit from balance only, so that only closed trades affect your limit, giving you an overall more relaxed and less time-constrained experience.
There is currently only one option here, and the plan costs $399 for a $50,000 account.
SwiftTrader is the last and the fastest path to payouts, as it is the company’s only 1-step evaluation plan.
It comes with stricter risk controls, and the price ranges from $119 to $1,299, with plan sizes going from $10,000 to $200,000. It is the only option giving traders 100% of their performance rewards from the start.
Another plus is that Fintokei continues to offer a free trial, giving traders a chance to test the environment before paying for a challenge.
That, combined with the broad range of evaluation paths, makes the overall pricing and program structure feel more user-friendly than what we’ve typically seen.
Trading Instruments & Platforms
Fintokei currently supports TradingView, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader, which are easily the four most popular and sophisticated trading platforms on the market today.
No matter which platform you choose, you’ll get full functionality including one-click trading, advanced charting and low latency trading environment.
As for instruments, Fintokei is focused on the three core CFD markets. You have access to trading forex, indices and commodities like gold and silver.
While this is certainly not the most impressive list we’ve seen, it is more than enough in terms of diversification potential, while also offering the most popular instruments in the prop trading world.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Fintokei has a solid selection of accepted deposit methods, starting with major debit and credit cards, while also supporting Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can deposit funds in crypto as well, as the firm supports major currencies like Bitcoin, Tether, Solana and others.
For Euro-based traders, SEPA bank transfers are available as well, while domestic bank transfers are available for challenges in the JPY currency.
On the withdrawal side, Fintokei allows payout requests every 14 days, and the average payout times are super-fast, usually just taking a few hours, which is easily one of the company’s strongest suits.
The standard minimum withdrawal amount is 100 EUR, 100 USD, 2,000 CZK, or 20,000 JPY, and Fintokei states that it covers the transfer fees required to send the funds.
Customer Experience & Support
Our experience with Fintokei has overall been quite positive, as the website is quite easy to use and you can get a perfectly clear picture of what you’re getting before opting for a plan.
Navigation across menus could be smoother and faster though, which is something that has been noted by other traders as well.
Still, the vast majority of users are highly satisfied with the experience, and so are we, especially in terms of transparency and trading platform integration, as well as the previously mentioned quality of the payment process.
The company also features a fantastic and not overly complicated loyalty program, through which you can earn actually impactful rewards such as 25% increase in trading capital or performance reward ratio boost, among other things.
It is no surprise then that the company has a strong 4.4/5 rating on Trustpilot, with the vast majority of customer reviews also praising the consistency and the dependability of the withdrawal system.
Fintokei offers customer support through live chat, email, and a detailed help center that covers most of the platform’s key rules, payouts, and account-related questions.
All in all, this encompassess a pretty great overall service in terms of user experience.
Our Verdict
Fintokei is a great choice for traders looking for a more disciplined trading environment, whether they’re beginners or have more experience.
The company provides multiple evaluation paths with clear and fair rules, features strong platform integration and one of the most reliable and quickest payment systems we’ve seen in a long time.
Traders who want extremely loose limits or a more speculative, high-risk setup may prefer a different model.
But if you are looking for a prop firm that feels polished, structured, and more established than gimmicky, Fintokei holds up very well.
