Its biggest advantage is the sheer depth of its offering, from LLC formation and registered agent services to compliance tools, IP protection, estate planning, and attorney consultations.

That said, it is not the cheapest option on the market, and its layered pricing, renewals, and add-on services require careful review before checkout.
