Although you can get a TransUnion background check from any number of companies on our list, SmartMove is the only way to get it directly from the credit bureau itself. With 10 years of experience and millions of landlords behind it, SmartMove is a household name in the industry.

Many companies do not reference criminal records or run a credit check on the tenant in their basic plans. SmartMove does both.
